While email services are included with many of the web hosting packages email services can also be purchased separately or as upgrades to the web hosting.

SMTP Gateway

This service is ideal for those companies who have there own mail server on the end of, for example, a broadband connection, and would like all their domain mail routing to their mail server with the backup or our mail servers should the broadband connection go down.

£125 + vat per domain per annum for up to 2GB data transfer per month and maximum storage 200MB.
The domain may have other domains aliased to it free of charge.

  • All fees are payable annually in advance
  • All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate
  • All prices are subject to quotation and confirmation
  • All contracts are for a minimum of 12 months unless otherwise stated
  • All sales are subject to the relevant terms and SLA
  • For dedicated servers 50% of the first annual fee is payable with order and the remaining 50% on commissioning
  • All hardware and software remains the sole property of Aqua Technologies Limited
  • All email services, except where otherwise agreed, are subject to a maximum data transfer of 2.5 GB/month and a maximum disk storage of 200MB at any one time.  Domain mail relay is subject to a maximum data transfer of 500MB per month
  • Backups are not provided as part of the standard service an may be quoted for seperately
  • Support on all shared hosting, email services, domains and packaged services is provided on an electronic basis only via support@aqnet.co.uk or our support site
  • All services are subject to regular reviews of use of resources (disk space, bandwidth, etc)
